How do I return items?

How to make a return :

  • You have 15 days to return an unworn item with its tag.
  • Log in to your account by clicking on the link and copy the verification code received by email.
  • Select the order and the items to return.
  • Choose a return reason and add a note.
  • Click on "Request a return".
  • If approved, follow the shipping instructions received by email.
  • The refund will be made once the product has been returned.

Do you offer pickup in Montreal?

You can schedule an appointment in Montreal to pick up your order in person by choosing an available date and time in the appointment section on the home page menu. You just need to add the option to cart before your payment. This option allows you to save delivery costs and if you buy a Glass Sipper, you can walk away with your iced matcha or your iced coffee!

How to be notified of a back in stock?

You can be notified of back in stock by subscribing to our newsletters or by following us on Instagram @asago.studio. ✨

Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery is free for all orders of $150 or more in Quebec. 🍁

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of purchase and will arrive at your doorstep between 3 and 7 days. 📦

However, for orders outside of Canada, the shipping time can be up to 20 days.

Am I ordering outside of Canada?

We are not responsible for any international taxes or duties as well as national or local taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of an order return, duties and shipping costs will not be refunded. 🌍

In which currencies are my purchases made?

Prices are in Canadian dollars. However, when buying from abroad, prices are displayed in the local currency of your country.

I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days by email hello@asago.studio

By telling us your order number and the item you received, you can directly attach a photo of the wrong item to facilitate the exchange. We will send your order back to you in exchange for a return at our expense.

What are the non-tradable items?

Considered as final sale, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@asago.studio and we'll refund you.

If the order has already left our premises, we cannot reimburse you.
